It’s possible to cancel your order. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, there will be a cancellation fee incurred to cover non-refundable fees incurred by credit cards (including PayPal).
Please refer to our return policy if any part of your order has been shipped. In addition to the cancellation fee for a special order – an item ordered specifically for you – that hasn’t been shipped, a manufacturer cancellation fee may apply – this is whatever the manufacturer charges us.
