Overview
Purchases made from Solar Revolution can be returned within 15 day of purchase date for a full refund less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee, provided the product is returned in its original packaging.
In addition, the products must be in new, re-sellable condition and include all accessories, original blank warranty cards, and the original owners’ manuals. If any parts are damaged or missing, Solar Revolution may reject the return.
If you wish to return the product, you must contact Solar Revolution for an RMA#. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued and the product must be returned within that period.
A refund will only be issued after the product has been received and inspected at our office. Please print the RMA# clearly on the outside of the shipping box, not on the item or its packaging. Solar Revolution is not liable for shipping charges. There are no returns on special orders.
